At Haze we like genuinely ambitious projects that combine modern technology with quality craftsmanship. That is why we were pleased to take part in the construction of a state-of-the-art cattle barn at Mléčná farma Vadín, which belongs to the Agro Posázaví company.
The new cattle building is part of the livestock production premises in Vadín, a small village in the cadastral area of Okrouhlice in the Havlíčkův Brod district. It is a structure that is exceptional both for its size (the building can house around 600 dairy cows) and for the operational and technical solution chosen. It also uses the very latest technology, which includes Haze systems.
As a subcontractor to the main contractor for the build, Agos, we installed six of our most advanced type D side ventilation systems in the building, each of a different length. The roller curtain walls are connected to our AG05 weather station, fitted with wind, rain and temperature sensors. The weather station responds to changing wind, rain and temperature and, according to preset values, automatically adjusts the ventilation system so that an optimum microclimate is maintained in the livestock buildings. It is therefore entirely independent of human intervention.
Besides the ventilation systems, the Vadín farm also features our steel hinged gates with timber board infill and electric roller gates with a canopy. Our team - Petr Hanousek (managing director and owner of the company), Roman Kulička (sales manager) and Lubomír Trunda (product manager, who was in charge of the Vadín project) - was also pleased to attend the official opening of the new cattle barn, which took place on the first day of August and was attended, among others, by Zdeněk Jandejsek, president of the Agrarian Chamber.
