Other gates and passages.
In addition to roller gates, we manufacture folding gates for the largest entrances, sliding and hinged gates and PVC strip curtains. The basis is a hot-dip galvanised steel structure. Below you will find details of each version and a comparison.

Each version described.

Folding gates
A solution for structural openings whose width no longer allows the use of conventional roller gates. Folding gates use a system in which the curtain is folded gradually into a concertina fold, and they are therefore fitted as standard with a side-mounted industrial drive and sheet metal edge trims. The more robust structure requires sufficient headroom above the opening, and the size of that headroom depends on the height of the gate - the higher the opening, the more space is needed for the folded curtain. The infill is always a curtain. We install the gates on both the inside and the outside of the building. With the curtain guided at the sides in closed profiles, the system withstands even high wind loads.
| Operation | Electric drive with remote control |
|---|---|
| Drive | Electric - side-mounted drive |
| Structure | Hot-dip galvanised steel, sheet metal edge trim |
| Infill | Tarpaulin fabric 900 g/m² |
| Max. size, interior | 15 × 6 m (width × height) |
| Max. size, exterior | 10 × 6 m (width × height) |

Sliding gates
Sliding gates with a hot-dip galvanised steel structure and panel infill are a suitable solution where there is not enough space to open conventional hinged gates. We manufacture them in single-leaf and double-leaf versions.
| Version | Single-leaf / double-leaf |
|---|---|
| Infill options | Tongue-and-groove boards / PUR panel |
| Opening | Slides to the side |
| Max. size | 5 × 4 m (width × height) |

Hinged gates
Conventional hinged gates with a hot-dip galvanised steel structure. We manufacture them in single-leaf and double-leaf versions and they are suitable for standard entrances with enough space for the leaves to open.
| Version | Single-leaf / double-leaf |
|---|---|
| Infill options | Tongue-and-groove boards / PUR panel |
| Opening | Swings open |
| Max. size | 4 × 4 m (width × height) |

PVC strip curtains
Where solid gates are not needed, we replace them with PVC strip curtains. We manufacture three versions - with detachable hangers, with fixed hangers and as a sliding passage. We supply the strips in widths of 200, 300 and 400 mm and thicknesses of 2, 3 and 4 mm, up to a maximum passage height of 2500 mm.
| Version | With detachable hangers, with fixed hangers, sliding passage |
|---|---|
| Strip widths | 200 / 300 / 400 mm |
| Strip thickness | 2 / 3 / 4 mm |
| Max. passage height | 2500 mm |
Which gates to choose.
What matters is the entrance width, how much space there is around it and whether it is a standard entrance, an internal passage or a special application. For each version you can see the operation, the key parameter and what it is suitable for.

What you ask most often.
What is the gate structure made of?
The basis is a hot-dip galvanised steel structure. Folding gates have 900 g/m² tarpaulin fabric; sliding and hinged gates can have an infill of tongue-and-groove boards or PUR panel.
What is the difference between sliding and hinged gates?
Sliding gates slide to the side, so they need no space to swing open - they suit tight locations. We manufacture them in single-leaf and double-leaf versions. Hinged gates swing open to the side, they need free space around them, and we manufacture them in single-leaf and double-leaf versions.
When should you choose folding gates?
When the width of the opening no longer allows conventional roller gates to be used. Folding gates with a side-mounted industrial drive can span up to 15 × 6 m when anchored from the inside and up to 10 × 6 m when anchored from the outside.
What are PVC strip curtains?
A lighter alternative to solid gates where all that is needed is to divide the space. We manufacture them with detachable or fixed hangers and as a sliding passage, with strips 200-400 mm wide and 2-4 mm thick, up to a passage height of 2500 mm.
