Enquiries via the form, e-mail or phone
What data: name, e-mail, phone number, delivery location, the text of your message and any information you write or tell us yourself. For the form, also the page from which the enquiry was sent and your IP address. If you have consented to advertising cookies, we attach the Google ad click identifier; if you have consented to analytics, the source of your visit (the campaign tag in the link).
Why and on what basis:
- to prepare a quotation for you and agree on the order - steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
- IP address and protection of the form against bots - our legitimate interest in protecting the website against misuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
- click identifier and source of the visit - so that we know which ad brought in the enquiry; only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time in the .
Providing your data is voluntary. However, without your name, contact details and delivery location we cannot handle your enquiry.
How long: for as long as it takes to handle your enquiry and then for no more than 3 years from our last contact. If we enter into a contract with you, we keep the data in the contract and accounting documents for as long as accounting and tax regulations require us to.
Who has access to the data: our employees who handle enquiries, and the following service providers, who process the data only on our instructions:
- Active24, s.r.o. - web hosting on which the website runs and a copy of each submitted enquiry is stored,
- Seznam.cz, a.s. - the mailbox through which the website sends the enquiry,
- Microsoft - HAZE company e-mail (Microsoft 365), where enquiries and e-mails are received.
Cookies and website traffic measurement
On your first visit, a banner asks you what we may measure. Without your consent, we only store your choice. You can give consent separately for analytics and for advertising, and change or withdraw it at any time via the link in the footer of every page.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration | When |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| haze-cookies (browser storage) | HAZE | remembers your choice in the banner | until deleted in the browser | always, strictly necessary |
| _ga, _ga_5V6W6CMFGR | Google Analytics | distinguishes visitors and visits for aggregate website statistics | 2 years | only with analytics consent |
| haze-utm (browser storage) | HAZE | source of the visit (campaign), so that an enquiry can be attributed to its source | 90 days | only with analytics consent |
| _gcl_au | Google Ads | measures how many enquiries advertising has brought in | 90 days | only with advertising consent |
| haze-gclid, haze-wbraid, haze-gbraid (browser storage) | HAZE | Google ad click identifier, so that an enquiry can be attributed to the ad | 90 days | only with advertising consent |
| Google cookies on the doubleclick.net and google.com domains | ad measurement and reminding you of the website in Google ads | according to Google's policies, usually up to 13 months | only with advertising consent |
Without consent, no Google cookies are stored. The website only sends Google information about the page view and the consent status, without a visitor identifier (Consent Mode). Google uses it to estimate aggregate numbers. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in basic website traffic statistics (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Maps: the map on the Contact page is loaded from Google Maps only after you click the button. Google may then store its own cookies in accordance with its policies. The map of completed projects loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap servers, which see your browser's IP address in the process but do not store cookies.
Legal basis: consent under Section 89(3) of the Czech Electronic Communications Act and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.
Business outreach to companies and organisations
Data of contact persons at companies and organisations that we approach by e-mail or phone with an offer of our products.
What data: first name and surname, job title, work e-mail and phone number, name and address of the company or organisation, and a record of our communication (when we wrote or called, your reply and our sales representative's note).
Where we get it: from publicly available sources, primarily the website of your company or organisation where the contact is published. We state the specific website in every e-mail. We supplement company details from public registers.
Why and on what basis: so that we can offer your company or organisation products that may be useful to it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in direct marketing (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We only contact business contact details published for work purposes, and we send no more than three e-mails in a single series.
How long: no longer than 12 months from the last contact, after which we delete the data. If you unsubscribe, we keep only your e-mail address on a list of addresses we no longer write to, so that you do not receive any further messages.
Who has access to the data: our employees and the following service providers: Google (Google Workspace) - the mailbox from which we send outreach e-mails and receive replies, and Active24, s.r.o. - web hosting on which our internal overview of contacted companies runs.
Transfers outside the European Union
We do not sell data to anyone or pass it on to anyone for their own purposes. Google and Microsoft may also process data outside the European Union, in particular in the USA. The transfer is protected by the European Commission's adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework), under which both companies are certified, and by standard contractual clauses. We do not make automated decisions about you.
